Pauline Blanchet / director & producer

Pauline Blanchet is a film director and producer interested in urban areas in the midst of change. She is the founder of Aral Sea Productions and has made documentaries supported by Ateliers Médicis and Sundance Collab. Alongside film, she has also produced over five podcasts and was the senior producer at World Radio Paris. She is particularly interested in collaborative filmmaking methodologies in research.

Sabrina Jones / director

Sabrina Jones is a filmmaker, radio producer and journalist based in London. Her interests lie in human-led storytelling and experimental filmmaking as a means to convey lived experiences. Establishing herself as filmmaker through an ongoing relationship with Aral Sea Productions, directing several short documentaries, she has also produced high-profile radio shows for Boogaloo Radio and a number of experimental soundscapes.


Milla Lewis / director & cinematographer

Milla Lewis is a filmmaker and photographer whose work focuses on the intersection of history, memory and myth. She is currently studying Directing at the National Film School in Łódź, Poland, and has directed a number of short films, including documentaries, fiction and music videos. She has received multiple awards for her photography, and her work has been exhibited widely.


Katrin Ebersohn / editor

Katrin Ebersohn is a German filmmaker based in Berlin. Since 2003, she has been working mainly as a freelance film editor for both fictional and non-fictional narratives. Her films have been invited to festivals such as Berlinale Film Festival, Rotterdam Film Festival, London Documentary Festival, FID Marseille, TIFF and Film Society Lincoln Center New York, and several films have received awards. She also teaches film editing and film theory at various institutions.
